What is Cashless-Payment?
The Cashless system is a card-based payment system that does away with cash and enables faster, easier and more secure payment in clubs. The Cashless card can be obtained both in the club and on the move with your smartphone with any amount of credit. On-site payments are made with the Cashless card, which is topped up at the Cashless top-up stations.
Can I only pay Cashless?
All bars now only accept cashless payment with the cashless card. You can top up your card with cash, EC or credit card at the box office and the wardrobe.
What is a cashless card?
The cashless card will be given to you at the ticket office. If you buy a ticket in advance, you can also have the cashless card sent to you directly in the order process.
How do I get my cashless card?
The cashless card will be given to you at the ticket office.
How do I pay with the card?
Our staff will enter your order into our mobile cash registers and show you the amount that will be debited. You then hold your Cashless Card up to the RFID reader of a cash register. At the end of the payment process, your remaining balance is shown on the cash register display.
Later complaints and cancellations will not be processed. You will not receive your order until the payment process is complete.
What possibilities do I have to charge the cashless card?
The following options are available:
- On site at our cashless-top-up-stations with your debit/credit card or cash up to €250.
- Online using the following link: tresorwest.com/member. A transaction of €200 is possible per pre-charge.
How do I create a user account?
You can register at tresorwest.com/member. Then you will receive a confirmation email with a confirmation link. Follow the link and instructions.
Connect your cashless card to your user account
- Scan the QR code on your cashless card or go to the following link: tresorwest.com/member
- Create an account to register.
- Click on menu in the upper right corner (on mobile) or on the left side of the browser, scroll down and click on Add Card – Then please enter the ID and PIN of your cashless card.
- After that you can add your account details in your profile.
What are the advantages of a user account / Tresor.West Member?
With the user account you can top up your cashless card on the go, check the current balance and have the card blocked in case of loss or theft. In addition, the remaining credit will be transferred back to your bank account after the event. And there are always promotions, discounts or goodies for Tresor.West members.
How can I check my balance?
You can check your current balance at any time at any bar, cashless point or online. Just ask for your account balance, give the staff your card and they will show you the display with your account balance.
You can also top up your Cashless Card again and again. As often as you like.
Is there a deposit for the card?
Yes, there is a card deposit: €5 per card.
This amount will be deducted directly from the initial charge. If you top up your card with €100, your balance will be €95.
The remaining €5 will be kept as a deposit and are locked until you return the cashless-card.
What happens with my remaining credit after the event?
What you haven’t spent at the end of the evening will of course be returned to you! You can do this for free at the top-up stations or online, if you have a user account, at tresorwest.com/member.
What happens if I lose my cashless card or if it is stolen?
We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred by you or any third party due to the loss, theft or unauthorized use of a cashless card, unless this is due to negligence on our part.
If you lose your cashless card, have it blocked immediately, otherwise the balance of your card will be lost as well.
