TIBA Movement e.V. is an association based in Cologne, dedicated to increasing visibility for Black & Brown artists in the electronic music scene. Their goal is to create a new subculture through the annual TIBA Festival. Their resident DJs guide you through soundscapes of groovy, deep, raw, and melodic Techno, Hardgroove, Indie Dance, progressive, organic and afro House.
