FAQ
How can I pay?
Tresor.West allows cash and card payments throughout the club. Only withdrawals are possible via the old cashless system.
Is the club barrier-free?
There are a total of 6 steps in the Tresor.West. However, there is the possibility to reach every area of the club via a level access. We also have a wheelchair-accessible toilet.
Seating is available on the UFO floor (next to the large bar), in the entrance area and in the back corridors.
In the club, you can expect sound levels of around 100dB A. We also use strobes, fog, lasers and various lighting effects. Therefore, we would like to issue an explicit warning for people suffering from epilepsy.
If you come with a personal assistant, the entrance is free for them. (Upon presentation of an ID card)
If you are visiting for the first time and need guidance, we will be happy to show you around the club. If you encounter any other barriers during your visit that you need assistance with, you can always contact any member of staff and ask for the Awareness Team.
Is there a dress code?
We will not tolerate clothing with discriminatory motifs and slogans or clothing brands that are based on an anti-human ideology.
We would also like to ask you not to come to the club in uniform. This includes, for example, football shirts, bachelorette costumes, etc.
Completely shirtless is currently not desired! If you still don’t want to keep your shirt on, you can get tape to cover your nipples at the awareness station or in the cloakroom.
Even though we naturally wish for an equal treatment of bodies and the liberation of all(!) breasts and nipples: We have to acknowledge that predominantly female read bodies and breasts are objectified and sexualised.
We want to actively counter this and offer all people as safe a space as possible with us, in which all bodies are respected and all people can also feel comfortable in fabric-free togetherness.
Can I take photos in the club?
We want to preserve the privacy of all guests and create an atmosphere in which everyone can let themselves go. Therefore, any video and photo recordings are strictly prohibited and will lead to exclusion from the event.
But even beyond that, we would like to ask you to leave your mobile phone in your pocket. Please don´t kill the vibe.
Is there a wardrobe?
Yes, you can leave jackets, bags etc. on our wardrobe for a 1€ fee. However, you should always carry valuables with you! The Tresor.West is not liable for lost items. Depending on the weather, our wardrobe may be overcrowded at busy events and no more jackets or bags can be accepted. We will try to communicate this at the time of admission. Please understand that we only have a certain capacity here.
Is there a minimum consumption?
No, each drink is paid for directly at the respective bar.
Is there a deposit on cups and bottles?
Yes, we charge a 50 cent deposit on every drink. When you return your bottle or cup, this 50 cents will either be offset against your next drink or refunded – in cash or with your debit or credit card.
Where can I smoke?
Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the club. Please use our smoking area in the night garden.
How is it to get to the club?

Who can I contact if I have lost or forgotten something?
You can find the Lost & Found contact form under Contact. Please include all information about the lost/forgotten item in your message (colour, brand, contents, size, etc.). When collecting the lost & found items, a copy of the identity card will be made to ensure that the lost & found items are only collected by the rightful owner.
Who do I talk to if I feel harassed or discriminated?
Tresor.West has its own awareness team, which is there to support you and show solidarity. If you feel uncomfortable, unsure, unwell or have had a transgressive/discriminatory experience or witness such a situation – please contact our awareness team at any time. You can reach us via the awareness station at the cloakroom, via the bar, the door and all other Tresor.West staff. You are not alone!
If you would like to give us feedback or have any unanswered questions that you would like to discuss with us after an event, please write to us at: [email protected]
We do not tolerate any form of racism, sexism and other forms of discrimination and actively campaign against them!
